Cleveland, better known in the business as Mr. White, was a respectable businessman whose main source of income came from his countless strip clubs in LA, aka Los Angeles.
He was found dead on the morning of August 12, 1999, shot 69 times. After a very sloppy investigation, and without any evidence, Magnus accused the fishmonger with whom Cleveland had accumulated an abysmal debt of 3 dollars and 52 cents.
