Cap toe black Oxford x Jamais Vulgaire
Special price between November 12th, 2025 and December 2nd, 2025 — delivery by the end of January 2026.The cap-toe Oxford, also known as the Oxford cap toe, is considered the quintessential formal shoe. Its origins date back to the 19th century, when students at the University of Oxford adopted a closed, low-laced shoe that differed from the ankle boots then in fashion. Over time, this model established itself in the British male wardrobe, eventually becoming an international standard of elegance. Here we offer a version faithful to that tradition: a smooth black leather upper, understated and refined, lined in leather for optimal comfort. The shoe is constructed using Goodyear welt stitching, ensuring strength, durability, and the possibility of resoling. For this model, we have also chosen a 3.8 cm Cuban heel, slightly angled inward, inspired by men’s footwear from the 1950s to the 1970s.Collaboration with Jamais Vulgaire
