Shetland tweed has ancient origins, dating back several centuries when it was used for the clothing of Scottish fishermen and farmers. Primarily made from Shetland sheep's wool, it is characterised by a rough surface with a "bottonato" effect, achieved by interweaving the threads to create small, button-like bumps. We’ve tailored this waistcoat with classic proportions: its length is ideal for wearing with high-waisted trousers. The five front buttons are made of brown leather, and the four pockets are designed to carry all the essentials for the countryside (pipe, lighter, shotgun cartridges, hallucinogenic mushrooms…).
