The Polo Coat is a sports coat that has its origins in the world of polo (amazing, isn't it?). Its history began between the 19th and 20th centuries, when polo players needed to keep warm between matches. It then became popular with spectators and fans of the sport. The classic model of the time was made from thick wool, often camel hair, and generally in shades of caramel, beige or rope. The Polo Coat continued to be popular in the 1920s and 1930s in America, where students at Ivy League universities adopted it as a symbol of their preppy style.

We decided to produce this classic garment in 720g cotton corduroy, which is robust and heavy. This material is typically used for field and hunting clothing because of its strength and warmth.
