Origin of the fabric and pattern
This jacket is made from 300 g English cool wool, a lightweight, durable and breathable combed wool fabric, ideal for professional wear all year round. The tennis stripe pattern, with its thin vertical lines, has been associated with London's financial circles since the early 20th century, and later with the international financial world.
Inspiration for the silhouette
The silhouette is inspired by 1920s businessmen, with a defined waistline, a more fitted cut and three closely spaced buttons on the front. The overall look echoes the style of business suits from the interwar period.
